Standard Shipping
U.S. orders are shipped using USPS first class mail with tracking. First class shipping with tracking within the United States is free for orders $35+ (excluding any NYS tax).
For orders less than $35 (excluding any NYS tax), first-class shipping is a flat rate of $3.95.
Orders are shipped 1-2 business days after purchase. You will receive your order faster than you expect.
Tracking is provided with every purchase. You will receive an email notification with tracking once your order ships.
Priority Shipping
If you need something sooner, PRIORITY SHIPPING is available. Priority costs are calculated during checkout.
Packaging and Gift Tags
minusOne jewelry is shipped ready for gift-giving. Care and instructions and standard materials used are included with each piece. When appropriate, a small sample polishing cloth is also included.
Handmade gift cards will be included with a message upon request. Just use message to seller during checkout.
Packages do not include receipts or any other details of payment. Please reference your email receipt for your records.
Multiple Item Orders
Each item arrives in its own branded envelope or gift box. Multiple-item orders can only ship to a single address.
Return Shipping and Exchanges
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping charges are non-fundable.
Shipping Times
Orders are shipped the next business day to the address you supply upon checkout after payment clears. This does not include date of purchase.
US domestic shipping rates are a discounted rate of US post office retail rates either flat-rate or calculated based on your location.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a tracked package is marked delivered to the address provided during checkout but has not been received, it is the buyer’s responsibility to file a claim with their local post office. MinusOne jewelry is not responsible for refunds for or replacements of lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
A US-shipped package may be considered lost if marked undelivered three weeks after the last tracked date. Lost packages will be refunded in full or replacements will be shipped at no additional charge. National emergencies like shut-downs due to the Covid-19 pandemic may extend this by-lost date to five weeks.
